We have worked with Leanne at Seattle Elder Connections since 2017. After trying to manage on our own for 3 weeks, we realized we would not be able to provide mom with the support she needed on an ongoing, predictable basis. Leanne's support for mom and our family has been so incredibly helpful: we know we have support for management of mom's medical and assisted living care, including perspective, help with routine appointments and surprise visits to the assisted living facility to ensure that mom is being well cared for and that her ongoing needs are being met both from basic living and medical perspectives. Working in close coordination with our family and mom's medical team, Leanne has become a indispensable part of our lives and her support has relieved so much stress from our family knowing we have help to manage mom's care as well as unique perspective. We are so pleased to work with Leanne and appreciate everything she has done for our family.

Leanne King Devitt has been my stepson’s care manager and guardian angel since early 2017, overseeing and managing his transition from a life of squalor and addiction to decent housing and sobriety.
Because I live on the East Coast, it was essential for me to find someone in Seattle to help my stepson, and Leanne has been a godsend. None of my stepson’s progress would have been possible without Leanne’s knowledge, skills and unsurpassed ability to connect with him and meet his needs regardless of the circumstances. What I admire most about Leanne is her expertise in dealing effectively with any client situation. My stepson can be extremely difficult at times, overstepping the normal boundaries between himself and his care manager, but she has met every challenge. Leanne and my stepson have developed a strong bond, and she remains his staunchest ally and an invaluable source of support for me as well. Virginia New York City |
Leanne Devitt worked with my mom the last few years of her life as she struggled with dementia. Mom always looked forward to Leanne's visits and they helped Mom deal with her depression. Leanne's warmth of spirit and kindness is palpable, and the positive impact she had on my Mom in the last years of her life was priceless.
